H&R ANNOUNCES DATE OF FOURTH QUARTER 2023 EARNINGS RELEASE, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST AND DECLARES JANUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

H & R Real Estate Investment Trust will release its financial results for the three months and year ended Dec. 31, 2023, on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024. Management will host a conference call to discuss the financial results for H & R on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

For those unable to participate in the conference call at the scheduled time, a replay will be available approximately one hour following completion of the call. To access the archived conference call by telephone, dial 1-416-764-8692 or 1-877-674-7070 and enter the passcode 698509 followed by the pound key. The telephone replay will be available until Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, at midnight.

H & R has declared a distribution for the month of January scheduled as noted herein.
