HAPPY CREEK MINERALS LTD. CORRECTION TO FINDER'S FEE FOR PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. is issuing a correction to the finder's fee for the private placement financing previously announced on Oct. 16, 2023.

The company will pay a cash finder's fee equal to 6 per cent of the gross proceeds raised and issue finder's warrants to certain finders in a quantity equal to 6 per cent of the aggregate number of common shares sold. Each finder's warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 12 cents per common share for a period of two years following the closing of the private placement.

All other terms remain the same.
