UNITS TO BE DEPLOYED THROUGH LEADING NATIONAL RENTAL PARTNER TO THREE OF NORTH AMERICA'S LARGEST GENERAL CONTRACTORS

Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. has officially commenced production on 11 Spark portable industrial battery systems. These units are being manufactured for immediate deployment through one of North America's leading national equipment rental companies and will be placed with three of the continent's largest general contractors. These units are part of the first delivery of the previously announced LMDH order.

The Spark units, known for their zero-emission, silent operation and rapid deployment capabilities, will support high-impact construction projects across Canada, replacing traditional diesel generators on job sites ranging from urban infrastructure development to large-scale commercial and civil projects.

Key benefits being realized by the end users include:

Production of the 11 Spark units has commenced, with delivery for first quarter 2026. The company's rental partner is indicating strong interest in expanding the fleet throughout 2026 based on field performance and contractor feedback.
