HYBRID POWER SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES SALE OF HYBRID SPARK CUBE UNIT FOR HAITI THROUGH DISTRIBUTION PARTNER THE SOLAR STORE

Hybrid Power Solutions Inc.'s new distribution partner, The Solar Store, has completed the sale of a Spark Cube 30-kilowatt-hour rugged mobile power system destined for embassy infrastructure in Haiti. The purchase was made on behalf of the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development to support essential services in regions affected by ongoing infrastructure challenges.

The Spark Cube 30 kWh is a rugged, fuel-free battery power station engineered for demanding industrial environments. Delivering silent operation, zero emissions and safe indoor/outdoor performance, it is built for mission-critical applications -- from construction sites and transit yards to telecom, utilities and emergency response operations. The Spark Cube 30 kWh also provides best-in-class solar capability, supporting up to 36 kilowatts of solar.

The Solar Store, a BBB-accredited solar contractor and EPC provider based in London, Ont., facilitated the transaction, technical specification and logistics coordination under the newly announced distribution partnership (Dec. 2, 2025).

This sale further validates growing demand for Hybrid's industrial-grade, zero-fuel power systems in government, NGO (non-government organizations) and humanitarian applications across North America and internationally.
