HYBRID POWER SOLUTIONS DELIVERS BACKUP POWER UNITS TO GLOBAL FIBRE INTERNET PROVIDER

Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. has sold and delivered initial purchase units to a global fibre Internet provider in California. After months of rigorous testing, this client selected Hybrid Power's Batt Pack Energy as its preferred backup power solution with the intent to roll this solution out across various locations.

This initial order represents an ongoing deployment of fuel-free backup power to the customer's key infrastructure and plays a vital role in the company's essential services department.

The company also announces a renewal agreement with MIC Market Information & Content Publishing GmbH for marketing services which will continue to May 30, 2024, or until budget exhaustion. MIC will utilize the company's on-line programs with the aim of increasing investor awareness and interest in the company through various on-line platforms and methods of engagement in consideration of 250,000 euros. The marketing activity will occur by e-mail, Facebook and Google. MIC does not have any prior relationship with the company other than previous marketing engagements and will not receive any shares of the company as compensation.
