HAMMOND POWER SOLUTIONS DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Hammond Power Solutions Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12.5 cents per Class A subordinate voting share and a quarterly cash dividend of 12.5 cents per Class B common share, payable on June 27, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 20, 2023. The ex dividend date is June 19, 2023.

Important income tax information for Canadian-resident shareholders

Hammond Power designates the entire amount of these taxable dividends to be an eligible dividends for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada), as amended from time to time.
