The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that William G. Hammond has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 30,000 Class A subordinate voting shares of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. According to the TSX, Mr. Hammond currently holds 153,627 Class A shares of the company. He also holds 800,175 Class A subordinate voting shares and 2,778,300 Class B common shares of Hammond Power through Arathorn Investments Inc., a company controlled by him. The earliest sale date is May 15, 2023.
