The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a share disposition agreement dated Feb. 2, 2026, between HPQ Silicon Inc. and three arm's-length parties. Pursuant to the agreement, the company increased its equity in Novacium SAS, an innovative technology startup founded in France, from 28.4 per cent to 36.8 per cent.
