The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  2,107,318

Original expiry date of warrants:  1,125,500 warrants to expire on Nov. 17, 2025, and 981,818 warrants to expire on Nov. 23, 2025

New expiry date of warrants:  All 2,107,318 will now expire on Nov. 23, 2027.

Exercise price of warrants:  30 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2,207,318 common shares with 2,207,318 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 28, 2023.
