November 2, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, BC, Canada – H2 Ventures 1 Inc. (TSXV: HO.P) (“H2” or the “Company”) announces that David Schaffner has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Roy Belak has resigned as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, each effective October 30, 2026.

Eric Denhoff, the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Secretary and a director, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately.
