BSR REIT ANNOUNCES MARCH 2024 CASH DISTRIBUTION

BSR Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 4.33 U.S. cents per REIT unit for the month of March, 2024, representing 52 U.S. cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on April 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at March 31, 2024.
