BSR REIT ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 CASH DISTRIBUTION

BSR Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 4.33 U.S. cents per REIT unit for the month of February, 2024, representing 52 U.S. cent sper REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 29, 2024.
