BSR REIT ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2024 CASH DISTRIBUTION

BSR Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 4.33 U.S. cents per REIT unit for the month of January, 2024, representing 52 U.S. cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Feb. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Jan. 31, 2024.
