BSR REIT ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTION

BSR Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 4.33 U.S. cents per REIT unit for the month of November, 2023, representing 52 U.S. cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Dec. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Nov. 30, 2023.
