BSR REIT ANNOUNCES APRIL 2021 CASH DISTRIBUTION

BSR Real Estate Investment Trust will pay a cash distribution of 4.17 U.S. cents per REIT unit for the month of April, 2021, representing 50 U.S. cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on May 17, 2021, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2021.
