The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Horizons Pipelines & Energy Services Index ETF has changed its name to Global X Pipelines & Energy Services Index ETF, effective May 1, 2024. According to the TSX, the Class A units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) will trade under the new symbol PPLN (changed from HOG). The new Cusip number is 37963K 10 2.

The TSX reports that Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc., the manager of the ETF, will be rebranded as Global X Investments Canada Inc., effective at the open on May 1, 2024, and as a result, the name, symbol and Cusip number of the ETF will be changed. The TSX has issued separate bulletins regarding the name changes to other ETFs of the manager.
