HEMLO MINING CORP. ANNOUNCES GRADUATION TO THE TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE

Hemlo Mining Corp. has received final approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange and graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange. The common shares will begin trading on the TSX at market open on Monday, June 15, 2026, and will continue to trade under the current stock symbol, HMMC.

In connection with the TSX listing, common shares will be voluntarily delisted from the TSX-V, effective as of the close of market on Friday, June 12, 2026. Shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates or take any other action in connection with the TSX listing, as there will be no change in the trading symbol or Cusip for the common shares.
