--->hare purchase agreement with Blue Moon Advertising Inc. ("Blue Moon") and BCBud Producers Inc. ("BCBud") pursuant to w
--->hich Highmark will cancel 9,000,000 previously issued shares to Blue Moon as consideration for the sale of 90% of High
--->mark's interest in BCBud to Blue Moon. Highmark will receive a pre-emptive right to maintain its 10% interest in BCBud
---> during any future distribution of BCBud securities. The closing date of the transaction is scheduled for October 15, 
--->2015.
BCBud has submitted, and continues to pursue, an application to Health Canada to become a licensed producer of marijua
--->na under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations.
