Suite 200, 551 Howe Street Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 2C2 NEWS RELEASE HEARTFIELD ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT May 9, 2023 - Heartfield Mining Corp. (CSE - HMC, the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of $35,000. In connection with completion of the Offering, the Company issued 875,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.04 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire a further common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share until May 5, 2025. The proceeds of the placement will be used by the Company for general working capital purposes. No finders' fees or commissions were be paid in connection with the completion of the Offering, and all securities issued in the Offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period until September 6, 2023.
