HEARTFIELD ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Tribe Property Technologies Inc. intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of 875,000 units at a price of four cents per unit for gross proceeds of $35,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire a further common share of the company at a price of 10 cents per share for a period of 24 months.

The proceeds of the placement will be used by the company for general working capital purposes. No finders' fees or commissions will be paid in connection with the completion of the offering, and all securities issued in the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period.
