Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 5, 2026) - Highland Critical Minerals Corp. (CSE: HLND ) (FSE: U8X0) ("Highland Critical" or the "Company") is pleased to announce its plans for its summer exploration program for its Church Property located in Northern Ontario.
Following the completion of its non-brokered flow-through private placement for gross proceeds of $400,000, the Company expects to begin its summer exploration program at the end of May 2026. The intended program is expected to include completion of a radiometric and LIDAR geophysical survey and a sampling program. The program will be subject to weather conditions, and it is expected that the exploration expenditures will qualify as eligible expenditures for the use of the flow-through funds.
