Hire Technologies Inc. has appointed Michael Oddone as a new director of the company, effective Feb. 1, 2024, in place of Adam Ho, who has resigned as a director of the company. The current board of directors consists of Jonson Sun, Clive Brookes and Mr. Oddone.

As a seasoned professional with a career spanning over 10 years, Mr. Oddone is a successful figure in the construction and real estate industry, with respect to residential, commercial and retail developments. Mr. Oddone's expertise extends across a spectrum of critical domains within the industry, including contract negotiations, business development, project management, corporate restructuring and personnel management.
