Hi Ho Silver Resources Extends term of Warrants

VANCOUVER, CANADA, Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. (CSE:HHS) ("Hi Ho" or the "Company") announces the
extension of term for 9,181,714 outstanding share purchase warrants, that were issued on Feb. 27,
2012. The expiration date of these warrants, due to expire on Feb 27, 2016 will be extended for one
year to Feb 27, 2017. The exercise price of $0.10 shall remain the same.
