OAKVILLE, Ontario -- (Business Wire)
Harvest ETFs (“Harvest”) is pleased to announce the completion of the initial offering of Class A Units of the Harvest International High Income Shares ETF pursuant to a prospectus dated June 10, 2026, filed with the securities regulatory authorities in all of the Canadian provinces and territories. The Class A Units of the Harvest International High Income Shares ETF will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) today under the following ticker symbol: HHII: TSX (HHII). HHII is a welcome addition to the Harvest High Income Shares offerings.
“HHII gives Canadians a diversified slice of leading international businesses that Canadian portfolios are typically underweight. Pairing that exposure with an active covered call strategy and modest leverage is our way of turning global growth potential into cash flow investors can actually use, month to month.” said Michael Kovacs, CEO of Harvest. “Our goal with HHII was simple: make it straightforward for an investor to hold a basket of leading international companies, generate monthly distributions along the way, and do it all in a single CAD-denominated ETF. That's the kind of simplicity advisors tell us they want more of.”
Distribution Announcement
HHII will pay monthly distributions and the first monthly distribution of $0.16 per Class A Unit will be paid on or about September 04, 2026 to unitholders of record on August 31, 2026 with an ex-dividend date of August 31, 2026.
Investment Objective
HHII will seek to provide its unitholders with high monthly cash distributions and the opportunity for capital appreciation, by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in a portfolio of publicly listed international equities. To achieve lower overall volatility of portfolio returns and generate monthly premiums, HHII will write covered call options on the securities held in its portfolio and may purchase put options on exchange traded mutual funds for the purposes of hedging. The level of option writing may vary based on market volatility and other factors.
HHII offers a multi-sector portfolio that captures international companies that are positioned for strong growth. It is designed to deliver consistent, monthly income alongside growth opportunities. This ETF holds a portfolio of international equities, combining the benefits of income generation with exposure to leading international businesses across various sectors.

You will usually pay brokerage fees to your dealer if you purchase or sell shares/units of the investment fund on the TSX. If the shares/units are purchased or sold on the TSX, investors may pay more than the current net asset value when buying shares/units of the investment fund and may receive less than the current net asset value when selling them. There are ongoing fees and expenses associated with owning shares/units of an investment fund. Investment funds are not guaranteed, their values change frequently and past performance may not be repeated. An investment fund must prepare disclosure documents that contain key information about the investment fund. You can find more detailed information about the investment fund in these documents. Distributions are paid to you in cash unless you request, pursuant to your participation in a distribution reinvestment plan, that they be reinvested into shares or units of the Fund. If the Fund earns less than the amounts distributed, the difference is a return of capital. Tax, investment and all other decisions should be made with guidance from a qualified professional.
