HELIUS MINERALS LIMITED ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF OPTIONS

Helius Minerals Ltd. has issued 2.3 million stock options to its directors, officers and consultants pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The stock options were issued as of Feb. 20, 2024, with an expiry date of 48 months from the date of issuance and are exercisable at a price of 15 cents per common share.
