GLOBAL TELECOM & UTILITIES INCOME FUND ANNOUNCES TERMINATION AND FINAL DISTRIBUTION

Global Telecom & Utilities Income Fund will terminate on or about June 15, 2021.

Unitholders are not required to take any action in connection with the termination of the fund.

In connection with the termination, please note:

• The manager (Harvest Portfolio Group Inc.) will submit a request to the Toronto Stock Exchange to delist the units from the TSX at the close of business on June 15, 2021;
• The manager will distribute the assets of the fund for an amount equal to the pro rata share of the net assets of the fund remaining after the payment or accrual of all debts, expenses and liabilities and liquidation expenses of the fund;
• The fund will pay a final monthly distribution for the period ending May 31, 2021, of six cents per unit payable on June 9, 2021, to unitholders of record as at May 31, 2021;
• Payment of the termination proceeds will be made on or about June 30, 2021, to the beneficial holders of such units through CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc.
