H2O Innovation also announces that its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on the same day, being November 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. EST at its headquarters located at 330, rue St-Vallier Est, Suite 340, Quebec City (Quebec), G1K 9C5, Canada.
Philippe Gervais, Chairman of the Board, and Frédéric Dugré, President and Chief Executive Officer, are pleased to invite shareholders and all other interested parties to attend the meeting, during which they will review the results of fiscal year ended on June 30, 2014 and comment the results of the first quarter of fiscal year 2015.
