Vancouver, B.C., May 29, 2015 - HELLIX VENTURES INC. (HEL.H:NEX / HLLXF:OTC) (the "Company" or "Hellix") announces tha
--->t the Company's common shares delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") after the close of trading on April 
--->21, 2015 and its listing transferred to the NEX board operated by the TSXV effective as of market open on April 22, 20
--->15 under the ticker symbol "HEL.H". 

The Company delisted from the TSXV because the Company was not able to meet the Tier 2 Continued Listing Requirements 
--->by the deadline of March 9, 2015 and extended deadline of April 15, 2015 by the TSXV.
