GLOBAL HELIUM CORP. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Global Helium Corp. has granted stock options under its stock option plan to certain directors and officers.

In total, 1.05 million options have been granted, with each option representing the right to receive one common share of the company upon vesting, exercisable at a price of 25 cents. The options will vest as to 25 per cent on each of the sixth, 12th, 18th and 24th month anniversaries of the date of grant. The options will expire on Sept. 22, 2028. These grants represent compensation to the option recipients for their respective service to Global Helium as directors and officers of the company, and as an incentive mechanism to foster the interest of such persons in the success of the company.
