Handa Copper Corporation ("Handa Copper" or the "Company") - (TSX VENTURE: HEC) is pleased to announce the results of the Annual General and Special Meeting ("AGSM") which was held on July 31, 2014.

All resolutions presented to the Company's shareholders at the 2014 AGSM, including resolutions approving the board membership, appointment of auditors, confirmation of the Company's stock option plan, approval of the consolidation of the fully-paid and issued Common shares of the Company on the basis of up to five pre-consolidation Common shares for one post-consolidation Common share and the adoption of a new form of articles.
