VANCOUVER, B.C., January 22, 2015 - Huldra Silver Inc. ("Huldra" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Warwick
---> Bay has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Huldra, effective immediately.   On September 24, 20
--->14, the Company announced that Garth Braun notified the Company of his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer 
--->upon a suitable replacement being found. Mr. Braun will continue to hold his position as a director of the Company.
Warwick Bay has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. since 1979. Mr. Bay practiced for over
---> 10 years with one of the big five public accounting firms and is specialized in the audit of public mining companies.
--->   He also owned and operated a group of companies in the hospitality industry for 15 years.  Prior to joining Huldra,
---> he spent 17 years in the financial services industry where he focused on raising capital for junior mining companies 
--->and exploration projects.
