HIGHBANK COMPLETES LOAN/BONUS SHARES AGREEMENTS 

Vancouver, B.C. - March 1, 2018 - Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSX.V -"HBK"), (the "Company").

Loan/Bonus Shares:
Further to the Company news release of February 21, 2018 and the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated February 28, 2018
--->; the Company has completed the Loan/Bonus Shares transaction.

The $370,000 Loan Agreements  have  been accepted for filing and the Company has issued 1,480,000 bonus common shares,
---> at a deemed price of $0.05 per share to five non-related parties.  The shares are restricted from trading until June 
--->29, 2018.
