(TSX.V: HBK) Further to the Company news releases of February 22 & 25, 2017 and the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated March 7, 2017; the Company has completed the Loan/Bonus Shares transaction. The (2) total $70,500 Loan Agreements have been accepted for filing and the Company has issued 282,000 bonus common shares, at a deemed price of $0.05 per share. The shares are restricted from trading until July 7, 2017.
