Further to our news release dated May 30, 2014 Highbank Resources Ltd. has filed a counterclaim against MOAG Copper Go
--->ld Resources Inc. ("MOAG") and its directors, Bradley L. Jones and Gary Brown; alleging breach of contract and fiducia
--->ry duties and seeks the return of the 6,000,000 Highbank common shares released to MOAG; accounting for the profits fr
--->om the sale of the 6,000,000 shares, interest, costs of the action, and other damages.

The summary trial application filed by MOAG's counsel will not be proceeding June 25, 2014.
