Happy Belly Food Group Inc.'s multiunit franchise partner has secured a real-estate location for Rosie's Burgers in Brookfields First Canadian Place, in the heart of Toronto's financial district. Construction will begin later this quarter, and the company expects this location to open later in 2026. Rosie's is a boutique quick-service restaurant brand known for its signature smash burgers, golden fries, poutine, onion rings and classic milkshakes -- delivering nostalgic flavours in vibrant, neighbourhood-driven locations.
