HARRYS MANUFACTURING INC. ENGAGES GEOLOGICAL CONSULTANTS TO EVALUATE B.C. GOLD PLACER MINERAL OPPORTUNITIES
Harrys Manufacturing Inc. has engaged an independent geological consulting firm based in British Columbia to commence technical due diligence on gold placer mineral opportunities in British Columbia. The engagement is limited to a preliminary technical evaluation to assess the merits, risks and regulatory requirements associated with mineral exploration and development in the province.
The consulting firm will provide the company with a qualified person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, to review publicly available data and conduct initial site assessments where appropriate. No technical report pursuant to NI 43-101 has been prepared at this time.
Nick Brusatore, chief executive officer of Harrys Manufacturing Inc., commented: "As part of our ongoing evaluation of growth opportunities, the board has authorized a technical review of the gold placer sector in British Columbia. This is strictly a due diligence exercise at this stage to determine whether any opportunities align with the company's risk tolerance and long-term objectives. We remain committed to our core manufacturing business while carefully examining potential areas of diversification."
The company has not entered into any agreement, letter of intent or other arrangement with respect to the acquisition of any mineral property, and there is no assurance that any transaction will be pursued or completed. The company's current business and operations remain unchanged. All future disclosure regarding mineral projects, if any, will comply with NI 43-101 and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
