HARRYS MANUFACTURING INC. CLOSES FINANCING

Vancouver, British Columbia, March 16, 2026 Harrys Manufacturing Inc. ("Harrys" or the "Company") (CSE:HARY) is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated February 11, 2026, the Company has closed the non-brokered private placement in the amount of 2,019,233 units of the Company ("Units") at a price of $0.065 per Unit for gross proceeds of $131,250.12 (the "Closed"). Each Unit is comprised of one common share ("Share") and one transferable Share purchase warrant of the Company ("Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional Share at an exercise price of $0.10 for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

Proceeds raised will be used for market development and general working purposes.

In connection with the closing the Company paid cash finders fees in the amount of $487.50.

A director of the Company participated in the financing for $100,000. The insider participation constitutes a "related party transactions" as defined in Multilateral Instrument 61-101 - Protection of Minority Securityholders in Special Transactions ("MI 61-101"). The Company is relying on the exemption from valuation requirement and minority approval pursuant to subsection 5.5(a) and 5.7(1)(a) of MI 61-101.
