HARDCORE DISCOVERY ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGES
Hardcore Discoveries Ltd. has appointed Chris Farnworth to its board of directors of the company.
Mr. Farnworth brings extensive expertise in business development and corporate finance to the board, with a strong focus on the global mining and energy-transition sectors. His deep industry knowledge, combined with a robust global network across mining, recycling and capital markets, underpins his commitment to identifying and executing international opportunities within the rapidly evolving green energy and circular economy sectors.
Mr. Farnworth replaces Edward Marlow, who has resigned from the board of directors. The company would like to thank Mr. Marlow for his contributions to the company.
