The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the proposal of Harfang Exploration Inc. to issue 510,670 common shares at a deemed price of 12.59 cents per share, in settlement of payment obligations to parties dealing at arm's length with the company, pursuant to an option agreement dated Aug. 5, 2020.
