SILVER HAMMER ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENTS

Subject to regulatory approval, Silver Hammer Mining Corp. intends to complete debt settlements by the issuance of a total of 4,569,956 common shares at a deemed price of 5.5 cents per share to settle debts owing pursuant to past consulting, accounting, legal and other services provided to the company for a total amount of $251,347.56 (excluding goods and services tax).

"Silver Hammer Mining appreciates the patience and support of our shareholders as we continue to push forward and significantly reduce the company's debt," commented Peter A. Ball, president and chief executive officer of Silver Hammer Mining.

The securities issued in connection with the debt settlements will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day following the closing of the debt settlements, in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
