A cease trade order was issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on June 19, 2023, against Halo Collective Inc. for not filing the following periodic disclosure required by the securities legislation of Ontario:

1. Audited annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022;
2. Management's discussion and analysis relating to the audited annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022;
3. Annual information form for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022;
4. Interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2023;
5. Management's discussion and analysis relating to the interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2023;
6. Certification of the foregoing filings as required by National Instrument 52-109, Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings.

Halo will remain suspended for the duration of the CTO.
