GOLDSTRIKE APPOINTS FAIZAAN LALANI AS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

November 28, 2025 - Vancouver, Canada - Guyana Goldstrike Inc. (the "Company" or "Goldstrike") (TSXV: GYA) is pleased to announce Faizaan Lalani has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the company ("Guyana" or the "Company"). Mr. Lalani will act as an independent director.

Mr. Lalani is a capital markets consultant with over 6 years of executive leadership and advisory experience, having served as CEO, CFO and independent director for a range of public and private companies across diverse industries. His expertise spans corporate finance, governance, and strategic growth initiatives, with a proven track record in helping companies navigate complex capital markets.

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in raising capital, leading M&A transactions, and enhancing corporate governance structures. He has advised both established public entities and emerging private companies on deal structure, financing strategies, and strategic planning. As a consultant, Mr. Lalani specializes in guiding companies through go-public transactions, including IPOs and RTOs, while also supporting ongoing public company obligations and growth through mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he assisted a climate tech company with their IPO, helping raise over $10m. His broad experience and hands-on approach make him a trusted advisor for companies seeking to access public markets and execute transformative transactions.

Prior to this, Mr. Lalani obtained his CA designation while at PwC, before moving into real-estate development, where he led the construction finance department for a boutique developer in Vancouver, BC.
