(the "Company" or "Goldstrike") (TSXV: GYA) announces its binding letter of intent (the "LOI"), dated July 19, 2023, to acquire (the "Transaction") the Jupiter Copper Project from Jupiter Electric Metals Inc. has been mutually terminated. The Company further announces it will not be proceeding with the concurrent financing or name change to Copper X Mining Inc. which were intended to accompany the Transaction. The Company also announces the appointment of Michael Kinley as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") effective immediately. Mr. Kinley has been the President of Winslow Associates Management & Communications Inc., a private consulting firm which provides professional services to junior public companies. Mr. Kinley is a Chartered Professional Account and has served as an officer and director for several public companies over the past twenty-five years. Mr. Kinley succeeds Mr. Scott Davis who has departed to pursue other interests.
