GOLD BASIN ANNOUNCES EXTENSION TO NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to Gold Basin Resources Corp.'s news release of Jan. 12, 2024, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted an extension to the deadline for filing final documentation for the private placement to Feb. 23, 2024.

The proceeds of the private placement are intended to finance future and continuing exploration campaigns at Gold Basin's mineral project, including drilling, soil sampling and geophysics, and general working capital.
