GOLDSOURCE ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Goldsource Mines Inc. has granted stock options under its stock option plan to purchase 215,000 common shares of the company at a price of 30 cents per share for a five-year term, expiring Aug. 11, 2028. The stock options were granted to a director of the company and are subject to any necessary regulatory approvals.

Also, Goldsource will be participating at the 2023 Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek, Colo., taking place from Sept. 12 to Sept. 15, 2023.
