GREENWAY ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM

Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corp. has released the results of the annual general meeting held on Sept. 26, 2023.

The company reports that, at the AGM, the shareholders voted in favour of re-electing Jamie D'Alimonte, Carl Mastronardi, Darren Peddle, Dennis Staudt and Marty Komsa as directors to serve in office until the next annual meeting or until their successors are duly elected and appointed.

The shareholders also voted in favour of MNP being reappointed as auditor of the company until the next annual meeting of the company's shareholders or until its successor is duly appointed.

"I appreciate the support we have received from shareholders at this year's AGM; it is an honour to be part of the leadership team," said Carl Mastronardi, president of Greenway. "This year, we will see Greenway brands on store shelves in Ontario and other provinces -- a large step for us as an organization.
