Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 21, 2014) - Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. (TSXV: GUL) (the "Company") announces an amendment to the shares for debt transaction described in the August 7, 2014 news release. The Company has agreed to settle an aggregate of $30,000 of outstanding debt owing to one director by issuing an aggregate of 400,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.075 per common share.

The common shares issued in connection with this debt settlement will be subject to a hold period of four months from the date of issuance. The arrangement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
