DSM Resources Corp. (the "Corporation") announced today that it has acquired from Spektra Drilling Canada Inc.
("SDC") 6,250,000 Common Shares of Colt Resources Inc. ("CRI") and 10,500,000 units of securities (the "Units") of
CRI, with each Unit comprised of one Common Share and one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant") of CRI. Each
Warrant entitles the Corporation to acquire one Common Share of CRI at an exercise price of CDN $0.26 on or
before August 7, 2016.

The 16,750,000 Common Shares of CRI now owned by the Corporation represent approximately 9.64% of the issued
and outstanding Common Shares of CRI (before the exercise of the Warrants). If the Corporation exercised all of its
Warrants, the Corporation will own a total of 27,250,000 Common Shares of CRI, representing approximately 14.8%
of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of CRI.

The acquisition of the Common Shares and the Units of CRI by the Corporation from SDC was completed by way of
a private transaction.

The 6,250,000 Common Shares and 10,500,000 Units of CRI (collectively, the "Acquired Securities") were acquired
by the Corporation for investment purposes. The Corporation may, in the future, increase or decrease its ownership
of securities in CRI, directly or indirectly, from time to time depending upon the business and prospects of CRI, futu

market conditions and the Corporation's investment objectives.

The Corporation purchased the Acquired Securities for the following amounts:

          the 6,250,000 Common Shares of CRI at US $0.40 per Common Share. Based on the Bank of Canada
          noon exchange rate on December 18, 2014, the price per Common Share is CDN $0.46; and

          the 10,500,000 Units at a price of CDN $0.21 per Unit.
