Golden Sun Wishes to Announce Extraordinary General Meeting
Vancouver, British Columbia (July 15th, 2013) - Golden Sun Mining Corp. ("Golden Sun" or "the Company") has scheduled 
--->an extraordinary general meeting to be held September 11, 2013. At the meeting shareholders will be asked to approve a
---> consolidation of the company's share capital on a one-new-for-10-old basis. Following the consolidation, the company 
--->will have approximately 5.5 million shares issued and outstanding. 
Golden Sun's management team believes that this new corporate structure has become necessary for the good standing of 
--->the company and that it will enable Golden Sun to raise the funds it requires to finance its planned pilot mill develo
--->pment.  
The share consolidation and name change are subject to the acceptance for filing of the TSX Venture Exchange and recei
