GOSSAN RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD AND MANAGEMENT
Gossan Resources Ltd.'s board of directors has appointed Kevin Norberg as interim chief executive officer and director, effective Sept. 18, 2026.
Samuel Pelaez has stepped down as president and chief executive officer of the company, effective immediately. To support an orderly transition, Mr. Pelaez will remain engaged with the company under a separate advisory arrangement for a transition period, assisting with the handover of key relationships and commercial priorities.
Mr. Norberg is a mining industry leader with nearly 20 years experience in mineral exploration.
